Do you ever feel stuck, aware of the goals you want to reach but unsure where to begin or what steps to take?
-
Do you feel that with stronger confidence and a shift in your thinking, you could finally achieve the goals you are aiming for?
Coaching psychology offers practical, research‑informed strategies that help you move forward with purpose. My approach to coaching aims to support you in building genuine confidence so you can begin making meaningful, lasting changes in your life. Through focused conversations and evidence‑based tools, coaching helps you gain clarity, strengthen your self‑belief, and feel empowered to take consistent, aligned action toward the goals that matter most to you.
My approach to life coaching is grounded in coaching psychology and evidence‑based psychological theory.
Alongside my work as a Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist, I am also a trainee Coaching Psychologist. I am currently completing an MSc in Coaching Psychology with the University of Leicester. As part of my professional training, I am undertaking a period of independent coaching hours under the supervision of a team of Chartered Coaching Psychologist supervisors.
My coaching approach is grounded in evidence‑based psychological theory and shaped by a genuine passion for improving wellbeing. I work with the whole person, recognising that wellbeing, mindset, and behaviour influence both personal and professional domains. This whole‑person perspective allows me to support clients seeking life coaching, executive coaching, or a blend of both. Whether your goals relate to personal growth, leadership development, work-life balance, or navigating change, my focus is on enhancing overall wellbeing and supporting meaningful, sustainable progress.
Drawing on cognitive behavioural coaching and informed by positive psychology, I help clients recognise their strengths, enhance resilience, and cultivate a greater sense of wellbeing. I support individuals in understanding the links between thoughts, emotions, and actions, and in developing practical strategies that promote clarity, confidence, and lasting improvement across all areas of life and work.
Our sessions offer a supportive and reflective space where you can explore your goals, build self‑awareness, and make steady, sustainable progress. I work with individuals who want to improve their wellbeing, reduce stress, and navigate personal or professional challenges with greater clarity and confidence. This includes people seeking life coaching to create positive change in their personal lives, as well as those looking for executive coaching to strengthen leadership capacity, improve workplace wellbeing, and enhance performance in demanding roles.
Coaching differs from therapy in that it is not designed to address trauma, psychological distress, or mental health difficulties; instead, it focuses on enhancing wellbeing, supporting improvements, and helping individuals function at their best. My role is to help you align your values, mindset, and actions so you can thrive more fully in both life and work.
As part of my training, I am offering low-cost coaching sessions. If you feel coaching could be a helpful next step, I’d be delighted to hear from you. Feel free to reach out and we can arrange a free consultation call to explore whether it’s the right fit for you.
